That's what has been bugging me since went big. But the problem is, most or all of them have retreated into nice small circlejerks over the years, and I loathe those.
You'd know what type of anons to look for, and if you're super good at picking them out, we'd only need a max of ten quality anons.
Here we bump into several problems at once:
1) There are very few open places still not completely hopeless which come to mind.
2) People there are either content with staying where they are, or came there for some very specific reason or feature.
3) They often have an established community as well and most don't see a reason to venture forth in search of who the hell knows what.
4) Unless the community there sanitizes itself well enough, the moment you start advertising you will bring the bad kind of poster as well. Very likely in larger numbers than the good ones.
