Enderman farms are easy to make. There isn't anything super complicated about them. Numerous players would be happy to build a new one, however Metapod will only destroy it.
rtg says he won't intervene anyone with player activity. If meta wants to be an autist, and ruin everyone else's experience, he is allowed to.
