Sometimes I wonder how they are not falling out of her top. Especially in her dvds when she's jumping around and they bounce all over the place.
I think what they do is they put a sticker, or a pad, over her nipple which keeps them covered and her tits from falling out of her top.
An example is this screenshot which shows an alleged "nipple slip" that people talked about. All you see is a pad of some kind. That would also explain why you never see her nipples protrude under her top. Japanese ingenuity knows no bounds it seems.
