HAPPY HOLIDAYS - Edition.
Hi guys! Mirubro here.
Hope you've all had a pleasant Christmas and got some time to spend in tonight's sunday Cara thread.
There might be more than one thread tonight, depends on if you stick around.
Giving a FAQ:
>who is she and what does she do? i would google her but i doubt it would be worth the effort.
Cara Delevingne is primarily occupied with being the #1 qtpie waifu and stealing hearts of men and women. Other her hobbies include changing the world of fashion forever and being a pretty good actress.
>what makes Cara the #1 qtpie waifu?
there is the obvious unprecedented beauty and cuteness, and then there is the adorable and lovely personality http://imgur.com/a/2qH90
>what about the rumors that she's a coalburner?
There is currently no evidence supporting the claim that she ever engaged in sex with any other black person than Jourdan Dunn.
>What the fuck is wrong with her eyebrows?
Literally nothing, they're gorgeous.
>How do I pronounce her name?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOCO51-ApLE
>Can I post other waifus on /cara/?
The waifus that are /cara/-approved are: Kaya Scodelario, Mirukawa, Kristen Stewart and Barbara Palvin. We always encourage Caraposting instead of other-approved-waifu-posting.
Look at that timestamp.
ALL ON PURPOSE.
CARA
Right on time, but sadly i will not be able to participate in this wonderful thread.
How are my Carabros going ? How was this year ? And what did Santa Claus gave you ?
>>16386468
>Right on time, but sadly i will not be able to participate in this wonderful thread.
aww, why not?
>How are my Carabros going ?
doing great, apart from being fat from all the christmas feasting. glad that's over with.
>How was this year ?
it's not quite over yet, but for me it's been pretty eventful. i moved to vienna, started class etc.
>And what did Santa Claus gave you ?
nothing special really, i got some nice sweaters from my mom and other than that really mostly money and coupons that i'll probably spend on an exercise bike.
how about yourself, capsbro?
guess he's gone. sad days.
>>16386410
hey hey hey
happy fucking holidays
wagebro late as usual
>>16386468
pretty shitty year
financially destroyed.
santa brought me nothing
but Cara still lives
>>16386511
hi wagebro!
>>16386514
>financially destroyed.
why? how?
>>16386523
well i had some money saved up but had to help parents get back on their feet. and then the place where i worked closed up 3 weeks jumping jobs, holiday come nobody is paying up
after the holidays i'll start working again in a new place, hopefully can get back on my feet and rank up all the money i had to give away.
also i have to pay the car bills, i have to replace distribution belt and water pump around 1200 euros
which i obviously don't have.
anyway sorry for the rant, i always complain
MERRY XMAS
yeah it's been a shitty xmas for me
anyway sadness and bullshit world aside
happy holidays
may they be full of sleeping eating and repeating
>>16386527
don't worry about ranting, after all i was the one asking.
i'm sorry to hear about your situation, friend. i hope it'll work out for you sooner rather than later.
>yeah it's been a shitty xmas for me
i'm blessed to have nothing too terrible to happen to me this holiday season honestly.
still though i wish you happy holidays, i'm sure those suckers will pay up soon.
>>16386534
>that bottom picture
i laughed my ass off when i saw all these news articles with titles like "you won't believe what cara delevingne wore to the star wars premiere" and then it was this fucking thing, it was the best shit i've seen all year no doubt
>>16386539
thanks
>>16386543
we're all gonna make it brah <3
>>16386542
yeah at first i was like
well that's possible but just to be sure let's check her instagram
what a goddamn boss she is
this is what i'm talking about when i say nobody else does this kind of things
>>16386544
so young
yeah other people don't have a roof nor food on the table and suffer from the most fucked up diseases possible, in comparison my problems sound like first world problems.
>>16386481
Really stressed right now because of reasons, too hard to explain.
The first half has been ok, the second one, stressful, and the first half of the next will be too. Because of school and stuffs, that school year will decide my future basically
Some clothes and perfum, some ram should be coming for the computer.
I can't dump pic because mother in law is crazy again, no access on the computer.
>yesterday
>family meal end
>its past midnight
>go to sleep
>"hurr durr anon, we had to move the table without you, you should have helped, we had to do it now because i'm fucking obsessed with cleanliness."
Such is life.
>>16386548
>this is what i'm talking about when i say nobody else does this kind of things
exactly, and i love her for that.
being this famous and still letting your personality shine through all the way, even though your success was born in an industry that would rather you have no personality at all.
that, and those beautiful brows ofc
>>16386550
>in comparison my problems sound like first world problems.
maybe, but the fact that some people have it worse doesn't mean you don't have a right to complain about your own problems, you know?
they just carry a different weight to you because of the standards you are used to. no need to dismiss them, just like you shouldn't take anything for granted either.
>>16386553
sucks big time
pull trough with Cara
>>16386553
put your back into it, friend! you can do it.
i've made the mistake of postponing school stuff one too many times, almost cost me my whole livelihood basically.
no matter, no going back from here, only forward. make sure it counts <3
>>16386555
yeah i know.
i hate when people complain so i know how it is when you hear someone nag.
anyway, with the recent MEGA MOVIE LEAK, i saw hateful eight and revenant yesterday
hateful eight is classic tarantino loved it.
Revenant was the first movie, that made me feel weird and uncomfortable , all that mud, all that cold water, the blood.
i was actually feeling sick and sad.
how can someone survive in those conditions, and how human nature and fear can lead to disaster.
it was a trip. when the brip comes out i'll rewatch it to never end.
so many wideshots and jaw dropping panoramas .
it was a trip to nirvana that lasted not too long
>>16386566
>anyway, with the recent MEGA MOVIE LEAK
i completely missed any and all of that.
>hateful eight is classic tarantino loved it.
must see it myself then, big tarantino fan as well!
i haven't even heard of Revenant, but you make it sound amazing, so that's another one onto the list. appreciate your thoughts on it for sure.
>>16386571
basically someone with access to screeners and leaked torrents of them.
revenant and hateful 8 where the biggest ones
https://torrentfreak.com/leaked-spectre-screener-completes-hollywoods-ruined-christmas-151225/
https://torrentfreak.com/hollywood-fights-screener-leaks-with-thousands-of-takedowns-151224/
this guy fucked up big time
the fbi is after him. because you know, that's the fbi's job
Yeah the revenant is a true experience.
>>16386583
>Something you like
>CHEESE!
pic related
>>16386583
>this guy fucked up big time
>the fbi is after him. because you know, that's the fbi's job
i hope he's good at covering his tracks, that man must've cost the box office billions.
>Yeah the revenant is a true experience.
as a good thought-provoking movie should be! can you give a short summary of the main plot?
>>16386594
>pic related
and then posted the wrong pic, classic me. here's the right cheese pic.
>>16386594
it's a story about revenge and human nature , clinging onto life till the last breath
i can't do a very good spoiler free summary
i'll link you a summary. read at your own risk, it explains the story and some spoilers
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/22836957-the-revenant
>>16386606
>i'll link you a summary. read at your own risk, it explains the story and some spoilers
i'll refrain then, i guess it'll be a surprise! thanks anyway, bro.
i'm multitasking hardcore right now, seems like everyone decided to want something from me at the same time as /cara/ is going on. glad i got that grandfathered old TV to use as a second monitor.
>>16386609
lol
you are going to have a blast man.
it's bleak but worth it.
double monitor hacking mode
>>16386616
i'd rather not start torrenting shit right now but i've definitely noted it. thanks for the recommendation
was wondering why my ISP blocked piratebay just this week... :D
>>16386627
ow cock, now that's some major bullshit right there.
isp that block tpb.
were are getting near . the end of the internet
You're all deluded cunts
>>16386642
lol right on time. you were in the last thread also
merry xmas
>>16386637
>ow cock, now that's some major bullshit right there.
>isp that block tpb.
well they're not particularly smart since that seems to be the only blocked torrent site, and i can obviously still torrent using the magnet link or file. i'd just prefer not to, while this is all happening.
>were are getting near . the end of the internet
yeah, but it was only a matter of time. you can only swat down propositions that kill net neutrality for so long before they casually slip it by the general public. pretty sad, but for what it's worth, maybe we'll just go back to all of us being anonymous, sitting behind proxies and sharing warez on IRC.
>>16386642
care to explain why or how?
>>16386646
could this be the birth of an epic new meme?
i miss frankie muniz guy, and "i doubt it would be worth the effort".
>>16386654
She has no talent, she has caterpillars for eyebrows and she's so ugly
>>16386654
it's weird. i think it's the same f muniz guy
he obviously has interest in the thread enough to follow it and to know when it's posted .
so it's either someone on the inside trying to create drama, or just a very bored guy who likes to shit on other and he does this to every thread.
>>16386660
hating during the holidays.
i'd hug you man but i doubt you can feel anything
>x eve
>look at tv
>some question comew up
>"for what furnished pairs cara was noticed by lagerfeld ?"
>>16386660
>She has no talent
i think she's a good singer, she can play guitar really well and she even plays some drums. not to mention that her acting carreer is just taking off, so we'll see if she's great at that too.
>she has caterpillars for eyebrows
yesss, i love it. but it's not just about the brows, it's about having the eyes to match.
>she's so ugly
that's your opinion, not mine.
>>16386664
>it's weird. i think it's the same f muniz guy
>he obviously has interest in the thread enough to follow it and to know when it's posted .
naah, probably just some /s/ regular that doesn't like her.
>>16386669
HMMM, WHAT COULD IT BE? :^)
>>16386670
yeah you're probably right
>>16386674

the world's best kept secret.
i've finished talking to literally everyone i know, put on asoftmurmur.com and got a cup of hot cocoa. setting sail for maximum comfy.
>>16386686
haven't had hot cocoa in god knows how long
>>16386696
87 pure cocoa
lol that must be something
>>16386698
i got it as a gift quite a while ago and i've been meaning to use it in some way. you obviously can't drink it straight since it's mostly cocoa and alcohol, but it's perfect for this or for putting a little bit in your coffee.
>>16386700
it hardens the taste
>>16386703
and adds alcohol. perfect, right?
beats drinking my coffee with rum.
>>16386711
eeehh i'm not into alcohol that much, but chocolate liquors are nice
>>16386712
>ywn have her sunglasses collection
>>16386718
yeah, only kidding. i don't fancy myself an alcoholic, but it adds a unique flavor.
i saw that they also have it for white chocolate, and one called "gold", whatever that entails...

the bad quality is semi intentional
i think it adds to the kek
i'm gonna redo these
>>16386736

reminds me of joona and his friend's rally finnish, if you remember that. that was a ton of fun :D
>i wonder how is jp bro doing how crazy is xmas in japan
he might be here soon, i started the thread a bit later on purpose for him as well. since most people are on vacation, we should be golden.

i don't think there is a word strong enough to accurately describe the scale of it all.
it hasn't yet been invented, no amount of syllables and consonants put together can encompass the vastness of it
>>16386852
so "minute" and so many
>>16386854
when it zoomed back out to the original image i was pretty mindfucked
i wonder if i can get this image anywhere to download and i can get a projector to put it on a wall somewhere in my apartment

>>16386868
>also the 4.3 gigs original it's a .psb
yee, that's the one i was looking for.
i've been looking for some art to cover my bare apartment wall, if i can't find something reasonable then i might just get a projector and put random crap onto it at night.
maybe figure out a way for a video player or irfanview to randomly pan around the picture? would be nice, no?
>>16386872
it would be fucking amazing yes.
you set it up so it pans and it stops, and it zooms on moves to another sector, at random intervals.
should be pretty amazing.
Hey /cara/bros! Merry belated Christmas!
I just got back from Star Wars, was pretty good!
>>16386877
aaayyyy
noice.
how are your holidays going?
>>16386877
hi carabro <3
did the movie live up to the hype?
>>16386880
>how are your holidays going?
Going alright. Holidays always remind how lonely I am so can be kind of hard.
>>16386888
Heya!
>did the movie live up to the hype?
Yeah, I liked it better than the prequels for sure. I wanted it in IMAX 3D at a good theater and really enjoyed the sound and special effects too. The story was pretty good but mostly it was just fun to watch.
>>16386895
>remind how lonely I am
oh boy we sure are on the same boat.
i've come to terms with it, i have accepted it and it's a slow process but i'm getting there
>>16386895
>Holidays always remind how lonely I am so can be kind of hard.
i know how it feels, i'm sorry to hear that my friend. hope that we can at least make you feel a little bit less lonely tonight.
>Yeah, I liked it better than the prequels for sure. I wanted it in IMAX 3D at a good theater and really enjoyed the sound and special effects too. The story was pretty good but mostly it was just fun to watch.
sounds like it did all the most important bits for you! i heard mixed reviews from a few friends but i'm sure i'll wind up watching it sooner rather than later.
>>16386900
I was doing good for a while, but, for whatever reason these last two years it really hit me. Maybe just getting older and really sinking in everything I've missed. The family stuff around the holidays makes it worse because I'm the only one alone.
>>16386905
>. hope that we can at least make you feel a little bit less lonely tonight.
You guys do! I love these threads, they are so comfy.
>i heard mixed reviews from a few friends but i'm sure i'll wind up watching it sooner rather than later.
I heard mixed reviews also. To use /tv/ terms, it's a great FLICK but an alright MOVIE. I'm okay with that so really enjoyed it.
>>16386906
i feel you not so much about the family part, never enjoyed that bit, and still don't luckily this year it skipped because everyone sort of dissipated and found other friends etc, there was a period where i was just updating my oneitis instagram, then for some reason everything vanished and i abruptly lost interest.
it felt really good
that's weird
>>16386915
I think we are sort of saying the same thing. I didn't like the family stuff (the family stuff around the holidays make it worse...) but maybe for a different reason. It's just all around awkward.
Now just have to make it through the New Year and things should be better for us.
>>16386923
>The family stuff around the holidays makes it worse because I'm the only one alone.
sorry i read that the wrong , i thought you said that you missed the family etc.
my bad.
yeah we mean the exact same thing
>>16386927
I need to watch those Well Dunn's again with cara in them. I think she was in two. Or maybe one + outtakes or something. Was so qt.
>>16386932
OOOHH FUCK
that's why i don't have some reactions the fucking outtakes
OOOHH thank you man
>>16386909
>You guys do! I love these threads, they are so comfy.
i try to do my part and make everyone feel welcome, as is tradition.
>To use /tv/ terms, it's a great FLICK but an alright MOVIE.
so, similar to the new bond film, then? i enjoyed that one, but it felt like a bourne identity movie to me.. daniel craig's just not a decent bond in my eyes.
sorry i can't speak much about the family events thing, i hit rock bottom years ago and it's just been a slow and steady climb back upwards.
people don't expect anything of me, and it has always felt like a massive accomplishment if i can even talk about one or two positive things in my life. i'd even plan out what i would say in my head, were i asked about it.
lately things have been getting better faster, though.
>>16386948
>lately things have been getting better faster, though.
happy for you man
>so, similar to the new bond film, then?
omg please don't tell me you're talking about specter. i think it's a horrible bond movie. the tone is all over the place, it just feels rushed and poorly written
>>16386952
>omg please don't tell me you're talking about specter.
i am.
> i think it's a horrible bond movie.
i think it's a horrible bond movie too, but it's a good action flick. that's what i was trying to imply, really.
>>16386953
ow
ok
then it's ok
you saved my life there
>>16386958
i don't think any craig movie is a good bond movie, but they're still decent action movies. if i wanted a bond movie, i'd go back to connery and brosnan, not to mention the "smaller" ones like dalton.
i'm sorry, i'm an autist for bond movies.
>>16386965
me neither but i do appreciate good story telling and a cohesive narrative.
here it's just not well placed, also discount villain cat
also how the fuck did they fit bautista in that small cx75
he must have been the most uncomfortable man on earth during those scenes
but yeah obviously i do agree still a decent action movie.
the explosion pissed me off the most.... i don't know why
>>16386979
i liked christoph waltz in it, and the action scenes. that's about it.
gotta support austrian actors.
>>16386993

B.O.S.S
he speaks so many languages and it's an amazingly talented actor.
every time i watch django i can't believe how well he portrays that character.
in inglorious basterds, he is so FUCKING GOOOD.
you hate him with a passion but you gotta give it to the man
the way he speaks just makes you want to give the guy a high five

>>16386942
Haha, glad I could help.
>>16386948
>i try to do my part and make everyone feel welcome, as is tradition.
You do a great job of that!
>so, similar to the new bond film, then? i enjoyed that one, but it felt like a bourne identity movie to me
Yeah, kinda like that. I mean there isn't a deep plot or any real meaning but it is fun to watch regardless.
>i hit rock bottom years ago and it's just been a slow and steady climb back upwards.
Rock bottom was 1.5-2 years ago for me, now just slowly climbing up as well. When I was coming off drugs was when the daily cara threads were on r9k during the summer-fall, that's how I started here. I'm off drugs now but have an injured back and wrist, feel like I'm too old to ever feel young again and that I wasted my youth...that type of feels.
>>16387028

>>16387077
a cold country liking icecream
that's odd
>>16387070
>also him explaining krampus
have you ever seen a traditional krampus run? it's pretty awesome.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHuVYS9n12M
one of the biggest places for krampus runs has announced that it got cancelled this year, political correctness trying to ruin our tradition etc.
>>16387084
Isn't it?! I work with a bunch of people in Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg, which is in Bavaria... they all love ice cream and there are a bunch of ice cream shops there.
>>16387089
i've never heard the "germans love ice cream" thing, that sounds incredibly odd.
>>16387088
i think the krampus tradition is amazing, the costumes look genuinely terrifying.
political correctness how the fuck do you get offended by it....
they are so fucking cool
>>16387089
my theory is, they don't feed of off normal food, instead their bloodstream needs a constant stream of ice crystals to keep running.
>>16387097
>political correctness how the fuck do you get offended by it....
>they are so fucking cool
well they're literally whipping onlookers, trying to drag them over barriers, smearing their faces with liquid ash etc
in america it would be a lawsuit nightmare, here in austria it's just the classic "think of the children!" meme.
i always liked the idea of being a krampus, but it'll probably be stomped out as a tradition by the time i get the chance...
>>16387106
i don't get it, so if they take krampus away what are they gonna to have.
if you don't like it, don't go to the fucking parade, it's not like they do it for a week non stop, it's just one night.
the kids need a good scare.
>are they gonna to have.
fucking hell am i retarded or what
are they going to have
>>16387111
i guess it's also about offending the tens of thousands of immigrants coming in every month.
same reason why they re-branded an advent market in vienna as "winter market".
but i don't want to get into politics tonight. i just think it's a fucking shame, is all.
>the kids need a good scare.
of course, and it's not like the kids think these monsters are real.

She looks ultra thin in that photo too (88756.jpg) .. can see her sunken cheek bones. I bet now that she is doing film will stay a bit heavier.
I love her friendship with Jourdan Dunn!

I am. I'm doing -500kcal per week. Been doing it since Spring. Down 45-lbs, so pretty healthy rate of loss. Want to get down another 20-lbs then I'll be very skinny. Cara is inspiring because she must be disciplined to stay so thin.
