Mirubro edition.
Welcome to another Sunday night Cara thread. Come get comfy with us.
FAQ
>who is she and what does she do? i would google her but i doubt it would be worth the effort.
Cara Delevingne is primarily occupied with being the #1 qtpie waifu and stealing hearts of men and women. Other her hobbies include changing the world of fashion forever and being a pretty good actress.
>what makes Cara the #1 qtpie waifu?
there is the obvious unprecedented beauty and cuteness, and then there is the adorable and lovely personality http://imgur.com/a/2qH90
>what about the rumors that she's a coalburner?
There is currently no evidence supporting the claim that she ever engaged in sex with any other black person than Jourdan Dunn.
>What the fuck is wrong with her eyebrows?
Literally nothing, they're gorgeous.
>How do I pronounce her name?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOCO51-ApLE [Embed] [Embed]
>Can I post other waifus on /cara/?
The waifus that are /cara/-approved are: Kaya Scodelario, Mirukawa, Kristen Stewart and Barbara Palvin. We always encourage Caraposting instead of other-approved-waifu-posting.
>You.
>Post in my thread.
Hey senpai!
>>16312818
hey carabro! how are you?
>>16312819
Doin' alright. Had my 30th birthday this weekend. Getting old desu senpai.
How was your weekend?
CARA
>posted her couple years back because i found her cute
>nobody knew her, everyone said "shes ulgy, boxxy is the only true qt"
>now there is cara threads here daily
mah, that girl has done sume successfull career yo
>>16312829
She has done great. People are still polarized about her on 4chan, but I just kill them with kindness and they stop.
>>16312821
>Had my 30th birthday this weekend.
oh damn, happy birthday my friend! hope you had a good one.
>How was your weekend?
pretty relaxing. spent some time with friends and played lots of vidya.
now i'm just caraposting, drinking some eggnog and dicking around on the internet.
>>16312827
CARABRO!
>>16312829
mmm, not really daily. we just recently relocated here from /r9k/ where we had one or two threads a week.
this board is much slower, so the wednesday thread is still here as well. stick around if you'd like, though!
>>16312831
>polarized about her on 4chan, but I just kill them with kindness and they stop.
"/cara/ - Kill them with kindness."
i like it.
>>16312832
Thanks m8! Your night sounds ultra/comfy/!
>>16312833
>"/cara/ - Kill them with kindness."
Actually these threads when they were on /r9k/ really showed how well that works. I mean for being on r9k it was pretty amazing how well they went. We had lots of bullies but it was managed well considering that's literally /b2/.
I think it was because everyone was so friendly even to the trolls, some of them even might have converted or stuck around. Plus being so accepting of other waifus worked.
It takes people off guard on 4chan. After getting so used to aggressive retaliation, when someone just fires back being chill and accepting a lot of people respond positively to that.
/cara/threads have made me a better anon!
>>16312832
seen hella lot cara on /b/ lately. shes glorious, she deserves it.
>>16312838
Yeah I sometimes post /cara/ on /b/ when I need a carafix. It's still pretty polarized there but everything is. It's nice when you run into another /cara/bro doing that. I told someone on /tv/ I was caraposting with to check this thread out, hope he comes.
>>16312845
this smile melts my heart
>>16312836
absolutely agreed with everything you say. it was not only amazing to see people asking "how do these threads stay so civil?", but it provided a great contrast to the rest of the board. i'm sure some of the regular /r9k/ visitors liked it too.
>>16312849
>this smile melts my heart
how about this one?
>>16312860
>so
>many
>holes
good thing i have no phobias at all
>mother in law have some ocd or something about proprety and other stuff
>constantly clean or move stuff
>live with her and my dad in their home
>constantly bitch about me for stupid stuff
>do what she tells me to do
>she just become pickier
>your bed is not nicely done, it looks like some gypsy home
>wtf.jpg
>now want the costs of living cut in 3 equal parts
>she literally wants to make a student pay as much as a worker
>she complains i mostly talk to my dad and not her
>i'm not talkative,
>won't talk much to her anyway because she does not care, just want to be normie as possible
>also she's dumb, the only talkings done with her are girly shit about how x married y
>mfw 4 months and i'm free of this shit
>approx 16 cara thread to help me go through
>>16312869
sounds pretty shitty, but you're almost there! glad /cara/ can support you in some way.
>>16312874
Who's the qt3.14 with /cara/?
>>16312878
that's Suki Waterhouse, i think. they're pals.
hej caravänner
>long day at work
>time for caraposting
sorry I was too late to make the thread this week, thanks mirubro. you may need to do it for the next few weeks because I will be getting home late on sundays.
>>16312884
Cara has such qt friends. I always liked her and Jordan Dunn together....
>>16312896
>sorry I was too late to make the thread this week, thanks mirubro.
not a problem, friend. i'll make the next few ones too, if there aren't any new ones.
>>16312901
they do make a pretty cute couple...
sadly the only good picture i have of the two is too low resolution.
>>16312920
>>16312810
how you peeps doing?!??!?!
Wagebro here
>>16312821
Happy birthday wish you the best in life
kinda good played some cs at a friends house
>>16312838
/CARA/ is spreading like wildfire
>>16312849
mine too
>>16312860
fuck my fucking brain
>3000 new cara pics
>no time to put them in the proper subfolders
>the tribulations of being a carabro
>>16312933
doing pretty good, welcome.
>>16312943
i'm too lazy to format altogether. i should probably start doing that, i'm almost at 900 now (i know, small change to some other carabros).
usually i just give them names if i want to find them quickly.
>>16312925
>>16312965
>>16312946
i can't caption it, that is so perfect
SO MUCH PERFECTION
>>16312970
Would be so fun to take an overseas flight in Cara Force One and sleep in comfy jammies
Midweek thread is still up
i fear the wrath of the mods
>>16312987
I hope they are understanding. We are good users and try to stick to the rules.
Maybe we should just start a Cara Appreciation General and not do them by day? Then if nothing is there on Sunday or Wednesday start a new one?
>>16312986
>Would be so fun to take an overseas flight in Cara Force One and sleep in comfy jammies
or one of those kigurumis that she has.
>>16312987
hope and pray, carabro!
>>16312979
How would you normally caption it? Let's make that its' image name!
>>16312986
>ywn have the flight of your dreams surrounded by incredibly beautiful people and ofc the top waifu herself
>ywn have pillofights in comfy jammies while you fly all across the world to meet other awesome people and spend rich quality time with the top of the cream
Maybe i'm just rambling here, and
All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A thread from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The /CARA/ again shall be Queen.
>>16313000
>kigurumis
Yeah! That's what I meant, didn't know the name.
>>16312993
yes i agree, we are no longer bound by the chains of days, a /Cara/ general should be the best option, though the image limit is our bane
>>16312993
>Maybe we should just start a Cara Appreciation General and not do them by day? Then if nothing is there on Sunday or Wednesday start a new one?
hmm, maybe, seeing as we have a pretty international crowd of caraposters now. this one will probably be up for quite a while if we don't cap it, and if we do, we'll probably make another one. we'll see!
>>16313009
hah, nice one.
>>16313005
i have absolutely no idea, all my other captions are quite shit and the humor of a 10 years old, but this one i can't think of anything good (that sounds good to me)
My first captions were horrible like pic related, then after the weeks went by i refined the art of fast caps
i lack wittiness
FUCKING IMAGE LIMIT WHY GOD WHY!!!!
LET /CARA/ LIVE FOREVER
>>16313039
we can keep it alive.
we have the technology.
>>16313045
oh my satan lord, look at her eyes, at her pose, oh my fucking brain is melting sideways
so much power jesus
>>16313018
Well once we hit image limit can just make a new one. If it dies, next person around who wants to can make it.. or we wait until the next Wednesday or Sunday like usual. But either way we always just pickup in the thread we left rather than start a new one. That would keep the mods happy.
>>16313030
I sometimes post your "NOT EVEN SMUG" captioned Cara around. I like that one a lot.
>>16313039
There is that stainless-gold submariner Rolex.
>>16313054
>>16313057
oh you, i'm blushing
the problem is the thread does not die for image cap, it stays there for a long time.
the General thread would allow us to post it and we can still just meet on midweek or sunday
someone can bump during the week and if it dies we pick up where we left
>>16313057
>stainless-gold submariner Rolex
do you have a better picture of it?
>>16313063
oh man right in my pride, can't believe how stupid i was to make that white rectangle under and not just overlay the text
i'm surprised no one yelled at me
then i understood how bad that rectangle looks
>>16313078
>the problem is the thread does not die for image cap, it stays there for a long time.
yeah, but not quite as long as you might think. the reason why that wednesday thread is still up is because people kept popping in once or twice a day. if it's image capped, usually people stop coming back.
no need to worry about any of it though, we'll just learn by doing.
>>16313087
good enough for me to save and repost it!
>>16313078
Hm. Oh they don't stop bumping after the image limit is reached? hm...
>>16313079
I see it a bunch, not sure many in my collection. Sometimes in her shoots but often in casual wear.
>>16313079
>>16313099
So can see the band in cara-whoa.jpg and then here in a shoot..
>>16313089
those fucking plebs in the background have no idea how lucky they are.
Have you guys seen American Ultra??
i was kind of expecting something more of an action movie, i was pleasantly surprised by the guns they have a realistic feel to them. also sound is pretty good nothing off the hook just a normal gunshot
>>16313111
>Have you guys seen American Ultra??
i saw some posters for that, didn't know it was already out.
i might grab it if i'm bored, but not that interested. did you enjoy it?
>>16313098
Courtesy of WIEN bro
>>16313128
i need to find the original and redo it, it's too small :(
thanks for saving, friend <3
>>16313126
it has some "silent comedy" should i say?? like stuff you would normally see people that age do, it had the usual plot twist , i enjoyed the guy as an actor , he is awkward and funny at the same time.
Yeah i enjoyed it
>>16313135
indeed
>>16313111
>Have you guys seen American Ultra??
I snatched it but haven't watched it yet.
>>16313136
>stuff you would normally see people that age do
How old are they supposed to be in it?
>>16313145
that's better.
>>16313149
like in their 20's
he is living the comfy life with a most admired waifu so there's that
i know that usually we try to keep the thread on a light mood
but with all the happenings i cannot believe how crazy the world is (not in a good way)
there is just too much hate and fear now.
i really have no idea how you should deal with these people but i'm happy to see soldiers on the streets, it's good to see heavy APC roaming around, it makes even those small rats that rob houses think twice
>>16313180
i know what you mean, my friend. it has been affecting me quite a lot.
last thing i heard was that there was a group of syrians that had a map of vienna with them, with bombing targets scribbled onto it.
they also had one of germany, with russian, british and french embassies marked on it.
it feels like shit, and it makes me feel like shit, but isn't that what they want? i just don't really know anymore.
>i really have no idea how you should deal with these people but i'm happy to see soldiers on the streets, it's good to see heavy APC roaming around, it makes even those small rats that rob houses think twice
i trust our armed forces to keep me safe, but i still feel pretty uneasy honestly. you just can't let that feeling control your life.
>>16313180
>there is just too much hate and fear now.
>now
i guess you are young. the world is pretty much safer than it's ever been. the overwhelming probability is that nothing will happen to you. and if it does, it's will most likely be a car accident or a stroke or something.
the difference between now and the past is that everything is visible all the time because of modern technology & 24-hour news. go and lie down in an open field and you will feel much better.
>>16313180
you better dont make this go /pol/itical bro.
soldiers on the street is a clear sign of weakness in the structure of the democratic states. pretty much the only country in the world today that has a well functioning police force (as in: the military is permanently barred from doing police work) is ONE country - germany (pretty ironic after all that ss+gestapo crap eh)
fear is the enemy of a free society. the deterrent effect you are looking for primarily comes from reasonable trust in a *working* legal system, not armed nuts fighting armed walnuts in the streets.
>>16313189
no indeed, but i myself work 30 km from the largest city that might have any importance, and go out very little if not at all, weekends i spend at home , i only got out for groceries and work.
so that's also something that keeps me at ease.
the thing that bothers me it's just that it never seems to stop, that hotel hostage thing where they shot those who did not know the koran, to even think in being in that situation i would have probably been paralyzed with fear
need to get that gun license ASAP
>>16313193
you're right, too. the world's less dangerous than it probably has been for many years, you're just overexposed to its gruesomeness through fearmongering media.
where are you seeing soldiers on the streets anyway? i haven't seen any of that here.
>>16313200
>ONE country - germany
i live in britain and have never seen the military on the streets. they didn't even show up for the crazy riots we had a few years ago. i think the police do a pretty good job here, but i might think differently if i was black i guess.
>>16313193
you're right i'm only 22 and far from danger
hopefully that car crash is immediate death
i could not stand being paralyzed
>>16313200
didn't think of it like that
>>16313212
i was generalizing, i saw them in the uk in france and bruxelles
the uk had some pretty "amricanish" looking apc's
>>16313222
>the uk had some pretty "amricanish" looking apc's
you sure they're not coming to "bring democracy"?
>>16313239
>>16313230
if in the process they also remove kebab it's fine with me
>>16313247
they'd have a field day in london if that's what they wanted
>>16313214
they say its because the current monarch is a rather temperate one. but voices become louder in recent years to further empower RMP+MDP armed forces and stop an era of the stereotypical "harmless bobby"
>>16313219
if we let them get into our hearts with their hate and rage, the terrorists always win.
westerns countries go bomb them? new recruits. they bomb western countries? more bombs.
>only chill & love can save us.
oh, and renewable energy, because if oil doesnt matter, selling oil doesnt fund whoever is sitting on it.
>>16313256
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qgumZ5ywNv4
UK in general has some pretty good sights, hate to see it destroyed by the kebab
>>16313267
>if we let them get into our hearts with their hate and rage, the terrorists always win.
yeah, that's how i feel about it.
acts of terror are always meant to sow a seed of fear and hatred, whether you deem it justified or not.
>>16313276
>hate to see it destroyed by the kebab
well, let's not get too ridiculous now.
>>16313297
get the SAS
and may god save the queen
(she always needs saving for some reason)
>>16313276
hah, this video is pretty good.
>>16313304
she can't believe i kiss my car goodnight
and nothing impresses her
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QsyToUKJ0zo
>>16313304
also i love her hands
>ywn feel the soft caress of Cara on your face
>>16313319
wow that tattoo faded a lot over time.
..how long have i been here?
>>16313319
>>16313326
That is a lot! Wonder if she had it lightened somehow? Or maybe that photo it is just really new so darker?
I know nothing about tattoos.
>>16313328
>I know nothing about tattoos.
the ink spreads and fades over time so the details are lost. most tattoos end up looking like shit after 5-10 years
>>16313326
don't know anything about tattoos , but maybe the skin on fingers/hands it's not that deep and they fade away faster??
also it's the hand, all the handshaking has made that poor lion loose it's crown
>>16313335
>5-10 years
Yikes! Can she get it fixed up or removed? Doesn't really look bad now but at this rate in another 5 years won't be able to tell it is a lion.
>>16313343
yeah you can just get someone to go over the outlines again. i'm generally not a fan of tattoos though, possibly the only thing i dislike about cara
>>16313343
i guess the question is if she will get it fixed up or let it fade. she might just let it go since she's gonna star in all of these movies soon.
not that i would really mind, i think tattoos on the hand are a bit much.
>>16313348
>i'm generally not a fan of tattoos though, possibly the only thing i dislike about cara
they can be done decently. i don't like them much either, but the ones under her boobs and the "Pandora" on her arm look nice.
infinite youth
>>16313358
>infinite youth
what's the secret, wise carabro?
>>16313348
Yeah, me neither. I remember in another thread people were asking about tattoos and photographs. Like how they must have to cover her tattoos in a lot of shoots, which is probably a pain in the ass.
Others they leave them visible.
>>16313363
with makeup and some photoshop, it's no big problem at all. it's not like her whole body is tatted up, and even then, it's still fixable.
reminds me of that guy who has a skull tattooed on his face and the rest of his body also covered in some other crap.
>>16313357
>"Pandora" on her arm
the thing that bothers me about that one is that it's done in a font called 'Scriptina' which is massively over-used by cheap nail salons, hairdressers and on birthday cards. this is a very specific peeve of mine though (seeing stock fonts in the wild).
>>16313367
i'm surprised you know the font, really. maybe i'll recognize it in the wild now that i know too.
i still think it's quite sweet though.
>>16313360
The secret is in Cara's blood, nothing quite like it
it's mutated it has evolved to be the ultimate human been
that blood can cure any disease (except being ugly)
that blood can give you out of body experiences and lucid dreaming on another level
that blood can make you achieve what some might deem impossible
the blood of Cara can give long life and prosperity
The blood that Cara carries inside her body is the secret of human evolution
>>16313366
Wonder what they'd do for a movie? I guess just careful about shooting angles, and if they have to makeup? CG probably could remove them too but that's probably a pain and expensive.
>>16313367
At least it isn't Comic Sans. Surprised tattoo artists don't do their own scripts, I guess it is just a stencil.
>>16313380
oh boy that dress makes me nosebleed like a fucking desu feget
>>16313380
probably a combination of all, or hide it with costume if you can.
>>16313377
i wonder what she or most other people would do if they found out that their blood carries a power like that.
sell it and make millions? give it altruistically? neither?
>>16313387
>give it altruistically?
immortality is the last thing that the world needs right now. if anything we need to increase the death rate somehow.
>>16313390
it's never about what the world needs, but it's always about what the people want...
do you think it is selfish to want to live forever?
>>16313387
not everyone is deserving
with great power comes great responsibility
so you would go and choose those who you deem worthy and after centuries of breeding, you will have a perfect species of functioning humans.
you would obviously had to do that all in secrecy without even the people you chose knowing about it, otherwise you would risk getting yourself killed or worse exploited.
so you must act in the shadow
A drop of your blood can change a human body to perfection
>>16313391
>do you think it is selfish to want to live forever?
i'd say it depends on the person. if the person who wants to live forever would use that time to just fuck about and exploit others, then yes, it's selfish. but not everyone is like that.
>>16313391
nope
if i could actually have no life limit meaning i can decide when i can end it and nothing else can i would be the happiest human alive.
After i see all the dark deep sea i want to venture outside earth.
And spend all my infinite time wondering around solar system by solar system until i get sick of it.
Life feels longer when you make new experiences learn new things and visit different places, so that would be epic.
A childs fantasy
gonna fail my chem exam tomorrow...
I hate quantum theory
you could witness one of the greatest spectacles the earth could ever see
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andromeda%E2%80%93Milky_Way_collision
after 4 billion years of space walking and observing other planets you come to this small rock and see it's still here and AWE at the sky like never before
and you still have 1 billion years left to fuck about on it till the sun goes allah akbar
imagine that 4 billion years with Cara
>>16313408
i didn't realise quantum theory was a necessary field of study for chemistry students. could you give a brief explanation of what you're learning?
>>16313408

>>16313425
Not too bad Mirubro, started watching Skins again for that young sexy Kaya but it's making me depressed that I'll never be back at that age
>>16313434
Cara is all the sustenance you need bro
>>16313464
>started watching Skins again for that young sexy Kaya but it's making me depressed that I'll never be back at that age
I did that earlier this summer and man iktf! Getting so old and it is depressing. So many feels. It was still mad comfy to watch Skins again though.
>>16313440
Hated doing that desu, my cat used to hiss and wail for all the journey there and back (about fifteen minutes each way). He calmed down once we got home and I gave him some tuna though

she's had this wound on her right rear for a little while, we bought a spray forever ago to keep her from picking at it but it hasn't really helped, so it's been getting worse.
she doesn't seem to be suffering from it but i obviously still want her to be fine.
she's 18 years old now so i'm not sure what can be done, that's why i'm a little worried.
>>16313464
nostalgia is a cruel bastard, my friend.
>>16313471
I do! It's so hard to find good Kaya. I have a ton of Skins gifs but those are too small to post here.
>>16313464
indeed she makes all the problems go away for a while
>>16313468
Did you ever watch Gen 3? I'm put off by it because 'tfw no Kaya' But it still might be worth it for the comfiness
>>16313480
i honestly hated every character in gen 3.
>>16313480
I did, but I didn't really get into it much.
>>16313413
Sorry about the late response
electron orbitals, energy quantification, stuff involving Rydberg constant etc
The hardest for me is knowing loop number, which involves nodel planes and radial loops.
it's a wrap for me, will post more tomorrow after work
have a comfy night with dreams full of Cara
>>16313499
see you then. it will probably be a new thread.
good night <3
Is /cara/ going to see the new Star Wars?
Me and a friend have got tickets booked on the 18th and I might see it with my family after that if it's really good
>>16313526
i was going to see it with a friend, but not sure. truthfully i was never a HUGE fan of star wars (obviously it's taken its place in my childhood like most other people), but it certainly has enough hype to move mountains.
we'll see what develops.
>>16313530
Worth watching for the memes that will come after it. Lots of racism about Boyega and mocking of Daisy Ridleys shit acting, Kylo Ren being edgy as fuck and shitty cgi characters. Can't wait desu
>>16313545
then i might just have to! but probably not in cinemas.
JP bro reporting in from Taiwan, sorry that I'm late. Should be home before the midweek thread
>>16313598
hi JPbro! seems like a good chunk of carabros have left for bed already, not sure if i should make another one after this..
>>16313598
so, what exciting things are happening in taiwan?
>>16313607
Nah don't worry about it, save some stuff for the midweek thread.
>>16313623
Not too much, bought a new Gucci wallet. In and out of meetings. Taiwan is a pretty nice city but it's like super Asian. I think the average westerner would get some brutal culture shock.
>>16313654
you're in taipei, yes? i really want to go one day.

I went to Taipei once, I couldn't believe the number of motorbikes. Was just there with my dad as a kid, so, didn't get to explore much. He was there on business.

i had to put my cat down the day after i posted that.
she had a big malignant tumor and it was metastasizing into her lungs, so there was nothing we could do...
sad days, carabros. that cat was with me for 18 whole years.
