I think the reason you can't buy what I'm looking for is that it makes no sense for the normal use of a gasmask to attach a hose to the exhalation hole.
I'll be carfeul, of course, but I don't see a great danger. You just have to make sure to don't let the air cycle. You always have to breathe fresh air. If the bottom gets the air that was inhaled only once by the top, the level of oxygen is still high enough.
Maybe I could just flip the membranes so that I switch the 'in' and 'out' hole.
I'll see what I can do.
