The idea is - this picture, but Hillary Clinton's face over Skinner's.
The hard part of course is expressions that work with the original image.

The idea comes from how different politics have been this year. People who, in the past, had their fingers on the pulse of the populace, but now, with Sanders out of the way, they're shilling for Hillary. It's rather hypocritical of them, since if you look at her voting record, she's another sequel to Bush. Would you be willing to Shoop others in there, Dr.? Samantha Bee, John Oliver, Trevor Noah, Jon Stewart, etc.
