You don't draw nipples.
You paste them onto others & blend the surrounding skin.

There is no 1 tool to do the job bro.
It takes tons of practice, trail & error.
If you just drop a nipple onto a skin color that is different than the surrounding skin, then it all looks like shit. Lots of people just use just 1 color to brush skin & that completely looses any realism. It makes it look like a wax figure. You have to clone some skin texture & blur edges. I have been using PS for more than 10 years & I can't produce something that isn't easily spotted as a fake. Go to YouTube & spend years trying out different techniques.
