After a while of searching, I've found the artist. For anyone wondering, the artists name is michael (or mikatsuu), and the image is a part of a sequence. I'll post the other images in case anyone wants them.
F.Y.I. The original image is no longer available on Sankaku complex because they consider it Toddlercon... Which doesn't make much sense since the other two images are just loli/shota.
