Individually, it's not possible to x-ray through:
1. Padded clothing like bras.
2. Multiple layers of clothing
3. Shit quality photo
Let alone off of those at the same time, as is the case with the pic you posted. Anything you've seen on the contrary was a fake, not an x-ray.

You can see it. Look at the neck line and you can clearly see the outline. I've outlined it in red, so compare this image with the one you posted.
