That's an old video using photoshop cs3 but it still applies. Newer photoshops you can auto-blend layers so it's much faster but it still has some problems imo

It does, but some tools might be in different spots and using different hotkeys. Also just looked at the newest versions and the UI seems a bit shit compared to photoshop CS6.
