So you may or not be familiar with the practice of packing. That is, wearing a dildo under your clothes so as to present a bulge. It's most commonly done by either FtM transgenders or lesbians. It ranges from realistic limp packages, to giant permanent raging hardon monsters in your jeans, to literal horsecocks.
