Watched it when i was young. German Television.
Around the year 2000.

I basically remember one scene:
A woman was tied in what seemed to be a cellar. Dungeon-ish look i think.
The viewer was told that she will be broken or something.And the process is shown.
One step was starving her (still tied to the roof i think)
Then giving her drugged food (knocks her out)
When she wakes up she finds out that she has been violated.

That's all i know.
To this day i still wonder what the plot was all about...
