How do you expect someone to do a 1920x1080 picture out of this? You can't reverse the aspect ratio with magic, you'd have to fill out the sides of the picture. If the original isn't in the same aspect ratio it is simply impossible to do it.

Nothing is impossible.
It is however extremely labor intensive to add in information on the sides to make it match the original. It would take a PhotoShop pro, hours upon hours of work & an extremely creative mind.
It is highly unlikely to find one to do that for free.

Which is why I said " you'd have to fill out the sides of the picture", but it's impossible to do and make it fit with the original creator's mindset. Unless of course you contact the original creator himself and ask him to do it.
