I can't definitively tell you who she is, but I do have a lot of random info that you may or may not have already found; it may help you find her eventually. She is one of three girls who worked with some photographer named "蜜柚___mio" (or "Polemo_mio" in English) to make an erotic Cosplay art collection in book form named "新蔻2" (or "New Kou 2" in English). It seems like the collection was just released a few months ago so I would have hoped that some more digital media on this existed, but I cant find much more than you posted.
