Its open but only to sextreme-perv class members or higher (50 torrents 1TB of uploads) or higher. Oh and a big rule on the invite is no sharing with random anons, you've got to have at least some relationship and be willing to vouch for them.. The whole reason emp got locked down was due to infiltration and hacking by copyright trolls. They're not going to let that happen again.
