If you're still around, I used the shadows and highlights adjustment, levels (adjusted all the channels), hue/saturation, brightness/contrast, then once I had a clear idea of where the nipples are, I used the burn tool to bring them out and the dodge tool to highlight the tips of the nipples as well as the lighting.
