Just downloaded a doujin in .rar format. Inside was an extensionless file and a .txt document titled "How to convert." Unfortunately, the how to convert instructions are in Japanese, and my computer won't show the characters properly. Any ideas?

It's a Jeanne Dack doujin, but the site thinks the download link is spam, so here's the exhentai link. The download link is in the comments, but it's been voted down so you have to click to show them.

What in the hell are you talking about? There should be no need to "convert" any files.
Just find someplace to download the actual proper file, or exhentai if they have a torrent for it. If they do have it, consider making an account if you don't already have one, and seed the file.
