Looking for a doujin. It's a pretty old one, maybe from around 2007 if not older. It's black and white and was translated into English.
Don't remember what it's called but the story goes like this:
>girl is the president of the volleyball club or something
>trips on a volleyball and hits her head
>wakes up in the infirmary completely naked
>turns out she hit her head so hard she can't see her clothes anymore
>they continue the meeting as usual until she drops a pen
>she goes under a table for the pen and realizes she can see through everyone's pants
>then she finds out the boys were pranking her, and she was really naked the whole time
