just photoshop. to be honest a cumshop itself is really simple to do you just need a good donor picture of an existing facial, that's why more angles make it so much easier. there's a bigger change you'll find a good match. after that it's color balance, messing with saturation. and selective color to match the persons skin and make it look like the lighting on the cum fits the picture. then i just use the eraze tool on a opacity between 15-30% en slowly fade out the irregularities. this is the most time consuming part. if i don't have to look for a donor picture it takes me around 15-30 minutes a piece. but i'm crappy at it so good people can probably do it alot faster.

this is the one i used for yours. her chin is not as broad so that's why the bottom has some flaws on my Pshop. i'm sure there are better ways but this is only my 6th shop so i'm still learning.

you silmply put the original as the bottom layer and layer this on top of it. then just mess with the opacity to see through the donor and make eyes/nose/eyes fit as much as possible. after that erase everything you don't need and then use the method i mentioned before to make the layers transistion into eachother.

Yeah, most of the finesse comes in the step of blending them together to match skin tone, etc. I try to build up a good supply of donor pics, since the more you've got the more angles you can do.
Overall it's pretty easy to do, though. I wish more people would try it out so we can all just do edits for one another instead of a couple having to do it for everyone.
