does anyone know how to bypass this? if im in the wrong board, where should i go? any info helps. i keep getting redirected to this page whenever i go on my internet and before someone says "why not just fill it out" it doesn't work

i was on the phone with them for an hour yesterday, i gave them everything they need and it still didn't work. i tried disabling the ivp6 on my network, but that didn't work. at this point im siock of them and am just trying to bypass their registry. it wont even let me go to 192.168.1.1
