So I just got this Clover application which is basically a pretty good 4chan app, the thing is, Im used to saving and sharing .gifs and .webms with a friend on Messenger, and being a mobile app it doesn't support the playback of .webms. I'm wondering if anyone here could suggest some kind of application for Android that can convert a webm file to an .mp4 but not create such a large file, or if that's not the case, what is a more compressed video format that could still play through messenger (I think it only does .mp4 though)

And by "used to sharing on messenger" I mean on my desktop, just so no one gets confused
