So I had sex for the first time, twice two days ago, for two hours the first time and around 1 hour the next time, then again for around two hours the next day, and I woke up this morning and realized that I have a reddish irritated area of foreskin on the left side of my penile shaft towards the head, and a very mild uncomfortable sensation, it's redness has gotten better over the day, but my primary concern is wether I could be experiencing any symptoms of an std like herpes so early after intercourse, and given the duration of the activity, wether I should be worried and talk to my partner about it, as we plan on having a serious relationship. No pronounced bumps, no bubbles, and no discharge from the foreskin have occurred, and I would generally not describe it as a rash, more like chafing, I would like serious thoughts and medical advice if available.
