Can anyone give me something that tell sme how to create a custom civilization in Civ 5?

it doesn't need to include custom units or anything, i just want to change basic things

special ability, chatting to other nations, picture, ect.

i don't know about civ v, but on civ 4 i made my own custom civ. just download one and dig through the files. at least on civ 4 everything had pretty self-explanatory names. if you just want to change basic things, it's just putting strings into text documents.

well, essentially yeah, i whunna change a race's leader to an image, change the name, talking, biography/history ect. but i don't know how.
