This is my Ex-GF's best friend from freshman year college. The shirt is really thin I was wondering if anyone skilled in the art of xray can help a brother out. I tried but my xrays always come out not looking good and pretty fuzzy. I know the quality is a little off and the picture is a phone screen shot but I would very much appreciate it.

Yeah -- contrasts can be darkened and lightened and otherwise enhanced -- but only at the cost of skintone color. Just select the area and use darken on saturation, highpass filter, even burning and dodging.
