The date is currently the seventh of November, and yet, /fic/ doesn't exist.

Since tonight is when it airs, I figured it was best to wait until now to revive the discussion so the thread's usual posters would have an adequate opportunity to respond. Had an idea for a board that may clear up various bits of shit posting across a number of boards
Why not just create a board for youtube(and internet celebrity) discussion /yt/
It would include talking about anyone popular on youtube or the internet in general
this is mostly for clearing up threads in /tv/, and /v/ threads
Such as your general DSP thread, That Guy with the Glasses thread, jack threads from /ck/ and so on
might be worth it to create
Send them to the /trash/ instead.

Too many people treat this as a lobbying sort of board, mostly because 4chan.org/feedback is as useful as a sack of rotten carcasses.
Hiro responding to posts here (while I appreciate his interactivity with users a lot) hasn't helped matters much, either.
Issues get brought up, and opposing camps come to duke it out. /qa/ just needs to take it easy, but so far the results are looking pretty grim.

But a majority of /lit/ seems hates both /pol/ and /leftypol/

But we do know The Robot works, so shut down /r9k/, and enable The Robot on all discussion oriented boards (not on primarily image sharing boards like /s/, /w/, /c/ etc onviously).
While we're at it, a minimum character count could help improve the discussion oriented boards as well, something little like 50 minimum, eliminating posts like...
