There are some subreddits that are very informative and useful.

There's this thing called the Streisand effect, you see; and it's the sociological effect where if you take something from a populace such as the ability to shitpost they will only more vehemently shitpost, even if they have to use slightly different terminology to do so.
So what you are going to see any time you omit a shitposting term or phrase like 'Back to Plebbit' people may just end up using it more.
This effect will not diminish, the phrase used to not be used that much on /pol/ really, and now it's going to be used everywhere. Thanks...

Should "sugar threads" be allowed on /soc/?
I'm pretty uncomfortable with this, because it gets really close to advertising, and not only advertising but arguably advertising of prostitution which is a violation of United States law.
Here's an example of one such thread:
