4chan was made as an anime website so anime images are allowed on every board as long as they stay on topic. So as long as they're talking about the Super bowl and not about which anime girl has the best tits they're allowed.

We need to add webms with sound to other boards like /k/ because it has so many uses and pros over cons.
Just imagine being able to post stuff from >>>/wsg/903238 to /k/. It would be absolutely awesome. Although one issue would be screamers and whatnot, but an easy way to counter such stuff is to add a little speaker icon in the post indicating that the file has sound.

It's a good idea that gets brought up like every week here, but it still hasn't been done
Here's the common arguments:

Just because the videos have sound, doesn't mean you can't still limit them to 4MB (or 2 on some boards). Sound videos will just have to be shorter in order to fit inside that space than they would be if they were silent.

/r9k/ is a place where losers go to whine about their problems. Every transgendered person I've ever met is a whiner and loser, so /r9k/ seems like seems like the perfect place for them.
