ITT:We speculate what Hiro will do for April Fools
>>481813
I don't think Hiro will have much to do with it. Maybe not, maybe so, but it will probably be on par with what happened last Halloween.
More malware ads.
The mods will probably do something, I hope.
Will the oldfag cutoff always be 2006?
I mean, let's say 4chan is still around by 2030, will there even be any "true" oldfags left? People meme about never leaving 4chan being impossible but obviously, it happens. Eventually an entire generation will have gone by and then anyone who was around in the 00s will be old as fuck, there will be few if any of them left. People older than 4chan itself will be posting (they already are tbqh), and nobody wants to be that 40 year old guy who browses an anime imageboard.
>>480216
i'll do my best to wizard all the way up to 2030, just ypu wait
>>480216
>People older than 4chan itself will be posting
*younger
wew lad
>>480216
the scale has to move on at some point and in some ways it already has
three years ago used to shitpost you to death if you told them you started browsing any later than 06 but it seems like 09 is the new cutoff
Is there anything more annoying than some little shit calling you a newfag when you've been coming to the site for a decade? It's the classic go-to boogeyman when you don't share their opinion, because you're apparently not allowed to think differently from the 4chan hivemind.
>boogeyman
Stopped reading here. You haven't been coming to this site for a decade.
>>478155
See? There it is again! I almost didn't use that word, but then I thought "No, you know what, someone's going to prove my point if I say it." And it happened as the very first response. The irony is palpable.
>>478157
>say something that only newfags or outsiders say
>someone treats you like one
>LOLOLOL MY POINT IS PROVEN
If you were admin, what would you do for April Fools' on 4chan?
I'd do

imo about 60%-40% for the worse, but I'm not trying to complain. It's kind of nice in some ways.
Dear mods,
Please keep /pol/ contained to /pol/ instead of allowing it to derail other boards.
>>>/vr/3088993
/vr/ is the last bastion of on-topic video game discussion. Let's not allow it to turn into /v/-lite.
>>477088
What exactly do you think is "from /pol/" about that post?
TRUMP 2016 NO SAFE SPACES FOR SPECIAL SNOWFLAKES
For a long time now, /d/ has faced numerous problems, most related to moderation issues. This thread is an attempt to get proper attention brought to these issues and bring solutions to these.
The biggest and most pressing issue /d/ faces is the recent mod-driven shift in /d/'s posting base. For years now /d/ has been a board for General Fetishism, supporting both Eastern and Western art. Recently, the mods have decided that not only is Western art forbidden, but that many fetishes with Japanese art are also banned. This has severely reduced the amount of posters...

Additionally, the recent slowdown in posting has exacerbated another longstanding issue with /d/: for years now /d/ has had issues with a very persistent spammer who spams futa content. While other users create singular threads for fetishes, this poster creates up to fifty futa threads at a time. Each thread receives one image every one or two days (most of which have nothing to do with the OP) to bump it to the top of the catalog, which continues until the thread reaches the image limit.
This pushes...

Oh, the irony.
I see this as a problem too. The amount of duplicate threads is present, but the low image amount in the futa threads goes hand in hand with ower amounts of posters. If there is more posters, the low image threads get bumped out solving that, /aco/ was an attempt to fix the east west art, but I think that it should be allowed on both boards but the topic of the board is what determines what thread goes where as well as what you expect to be posted in it. Well this one time I was anally masturbating using my fingers and stretching that shit out pretty good, eventually managed to slip three fingers and a thumb into there.
Then this idea crossed my eye, basically an egg laying fantasy. I went to the kitchen and grabbed a chicken egg out of the fridge, lubed that shit up with vaseline, and began slowly working myself on it. Eventually I managed to get the widest part past the ring.
That's when shit went south, I figured the egg would just stay right there at the edge, but apparently my body had other idea's...

Isn't that pretty much just a Youtube/Twitter board? Sounds pretty much exactly NOT the kind of place we'd want to have around 4chan. We don't need a Buzzfeed/clickbait board.
>why
Do you want people coming here to watch cat videos or to cringe at brony videos or something? What do those people have to contribute or gain from 4chan as a whole; what kind of "discussion" would they have?
Furthermore it is an open door for avid users of other sites to come here but not actually try to adapt to 4chan, but...

because /b/ is a porn board, don't even deny it
Considering that /b/ is a lost cause, why not create a hidden red board (with no announcement of its creation) where anything goes except that ylyl/trap/furry/cancer threads are banned? This could help tide the cancer since newfags would rather stay on /b/, and a hidden board with no announcement would make them less likely to stumble across it.
I know some people might say /trash/, but that's just a furry dumping ground, even though there was some potential in the first few days of its creation.
Pic unrelated.
>>482359
It won't last long before it is know by everyone. You're better of posting on an alternate chan's /b/. Unfortunately your options are limited to either extremely slow with better content or moderate speed with similar content to here.
No. We have enough "/b/ but with different rules" on this site.
>>482367
>implying there are any boards that aren't /b/ with different rules
Is 4chan culture, particularly /pol/ and perhaps /b/ culture/, similar to cultural Marxist counter-culture?
An 8000-word article about /pol/ has just been published, by no other than MILO YIANNOPOULOS.

Why was an anime/manga thread deleted from /a/? Not trolling, i really want to know.
>>481739
>anime/manga belongs on /h/
Everytime i try to start discussion threads on /h/ or /d/ it gets deleted for being "off topic". So obviously we can't discuss stuff like that on those boards.

Why.
No one cares about this game anymore.

moot was a sjw and a sellout, he wasn't the man he was 5 years prior to that
also he let the boards stagnate and never added anything new like the fucking tool he was. And he never posted. What a shit admin.
>>481576
Hi /v/, sorry about your journalism, but allowing raids attracts the underage.
>>481576
>And he never posted.
he probably never posted in the boards you visit because they were full of miserable underaged faggots
Which board is the most accessible to normies? Which board has the highest concentration of normies?
>>481432
>>>/a/, anime is tremendously popular with nerds and outcasts and has been a mainstream fad for a couple of decades now.
In fact the number of /a/-related sub containment boards with continuously declining traffic that are left over from 4chan's earliest days is a testament to how blasé anime as a whole is now.
>>481432
Probably /co/.
Can we filter the word "normies" to the phrase "also, I've never had sex"?
It just seems that every single person who throws that word around is an /r9k/ reject and they parade around their social inadequacies like a badge of pride. They honestly believe they're in good company when they post on other boards when they're not.
Where do you think you are, faggot?
I hate that word so much.
They bring it to other boards and it just gets people off topic talking shit to them.
>>481200
Reminder that only normalfags would use "normie" over normalfag.
