Can we remove trips from /r9k/ or at least ban the current ones?
It's gotten noticeably worse, now there's multiple threads every day about the same trips and 95% of time they stay bumped due to same gaggle of tripfags bumping them.

not sure but /3/ and /gd/ are pretty slow they get around 20-50 users everyday with 5-10 new threads everyday on /3/ there's one thread that's one year old which has happened a few times before.

The marginally better security isn't worth the difficulty and highly effective tracking of individual users (loose correlation with post/captcha times, or that combined with IPs and access to 4chan logs)
Hachi-chan hasn't been spammed with a captcha-breaking bot despite all the mainstream hate it got so independent captchas are obviously good enough when properly configured, much like human-driven cars when driven by adult males.

I tried the legacy captcha once. It worked fine, then it started giving me those inkblotch captchas which literally never work even if you do somehow manage to read whatever the fuck is written there.

Why can't all boards have Webms with sound?

I didn't know whether to ask this on /wsr/ or here since it's a meta thread.
I'm on /a/ constantly and always see webm's posted, but I'm not allowed to ask for the source there, but if I were to ask for source on every webm that I wanted then /wsr/ would quickly fill with nothing but my requests. Also many of my requests would be lewd and /r/ seems like they're not that in to anime.
What would be the acceptable way of doing this? What do?

It's not like people will read them anyway but their prominence on the index and catalog will improve their discoverability.
