When I was in elementary school, my moron school thought it was smart to teach us Vaughn Dean's multiplication by picture association. It was where the numbers somehow made up a word.
So say if they gave us the multiplication 3x4, they taught it to be 3x4 meant the word mare.
The 3 made up the m and the 4 made up the r.
Then they taught us that the answer word was tin. The t meant 1 and n means 2. So 3x4=12.
I know this isn't going to make sense to 90% of people reading this, but I'm trying to find people who have had to...

I understand this is a recent AAA game release and everything but this is still kind of ridiculous.
Around 1/5th of active threads on /v/ are about Overwatch despite the fact that the game isn't even fucking out yet. You could attribute this to new game hype but even DOOM--which was a controversial reboot of one of /v/'s most beloved franchises--had more self-contained discussion prior to release.
Does anyone else see a problem here?

I feel like a good portion of it is just false flagging shitposters (like the thread saying ">he still hasn't preordered Overwatch: Origins Edition"), but some of them like the one bashing TF2 seem too aggressive to be a person trying to start a legitimate discussion.

Why is /qa/ so vehemently pro-mod/janitor?

Why would I even be mad at the Jans/Mods? The only times I've ever been banned, I was breaking the rules. Usually knowingly. And, while there was one weird instance where a reply I made was deleted for seemingly no reason, it was a one-off and doesn't really stick out in my mind.
Wouldn't I need to be (or feel) aggrieved to care about how they do their jobs?
