I think Section 8 housing is basically the government giving extra rent money to poor people so they can live in houses instead of being homeless.
The rent goes directly to the landlord and the government basically underwrites everything and guarantees occupancy so landlords are hella-incentivised to get them.
Which means that if you have a house you want to rent you can rent it to a white family who might leave when the lease is up and it will sit on the market for weeks costing you money or you can section ape it and get a guaranteed income in a property you don't live near that will go to shit because there's no incentive for niggers to not commit crimes(I don't think people can be kicked out for causing problems or something).
