I grew up in delaware, which arguably has the most fucked up school district system in the entire USA.
They called it "desegregation." I called it cultural enrichment. Basically, the state decided that it wasn't right that whites in suburban college towns like Newark got to go to white school in their towns while the niggers in Wilmington (basically mini philly) stewed in their own filth. So they scrambled up the school districts and mixed newark and wilmington kids.
