He's just coasting really. Spends his time fucking with the national anthem, or getting pretend mad over a housing situation he could reign in if it wouldn't directly effect his wealthier friends. Also spends quite a bit of time taking selfies with "refugees" when at all possible.
And when he missteps, its usually swiftly followed by a weed press conference about how he is "taking necessary steps" or "setting up a new task force." As far as election promises, its been mostly him checking off the easy ones, it'll be neat when he actually has to attack under pressure.
It'll stay this way until the Cons and NDP figure out their fucking leadership issues.
