Portugal has a lot of people from Portuguese Colonies living in Portugal, like Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Angola, Mozambique...
My parents and my whole family are from Angola and Mozambique, all white.
Black and White people coming from those colonies are well educated, polite and share similar Portuguese culture.
Other than that we don't have many Non-Portuguese Colonies people living here.
