What counts as white?
The cut-off is that you can be no more than 1/8 Ashkenazi Jew. (ei, only one of your great grandfathers/grandmothers was specifically Ashkenazi Jew) and you can only be 1/32 a non-white race (ei, only one of your great great great grandfathers/grandmothers was fully non-white)

Some major problems with your plan:
(This is even assuming you are correct about all your legal assumptions)
- Once they see a Whites-only community taking advantage of the laws, THEY WILL CHANGE THE LAWS
- Everything is fine until your community starts being prosperous. Then the GIBMEDATS will start, because even though Namibians are among the more laid back African cultures, they are, at the end of the day, still niggers, and niggers gon nig.

Just in case this actually has a chance of happening I have something to say that is very important. I dont plan on joining the forums unless it actually starts to happen but I would appreciate it if someone could copy and paste what I said there.
In order for this plan to work the project MUST formally reject plans for future independence and cease mentioning it in all promotional material and media. If it becomes a real thing that in 30 years has 100s of k or a million people living there then thats when you can start to discuss it but any mention of that as the future plan guarantees that the Namibian gov. will not let it happen. I can't stress this point enough, the only way it will ever work is if independence is formally disavowed (for now) and instead the focus becomes on making an autonomous community/collective/corporation within Namibia that will bring great benefits to the Namibian gov/nation in a mutally beneficial relationship.
In order for the gov. to approve the idea of the autonomous area you have to say you will not try to become independent and will instead massively benefit Namibia by bringing in and generating foreign currency that will be stored in Namibian banks, by paying some level of tax revenue to the Namibian gov, by boosting Namibian buisness that will sell goods and supplies to the community etc. The only way they will approve it is if you make it clear it will greatly help Namibias economy. As long as the agreement gives the community autonomy and control of who live there being part of Namibia is not an issue. Openly backing independence now will just mean some SJW journalist will contact the Namibian gov. and turn them against it.
