I watched a video about the Nephilim a while ago by some guy (I can't remember who, but he had like curly hair and talked kinda funny/autistic like) and his videos were like decorated or something.

But point is, the evidence we have of those (what seem to be) severely malformed skull structures really convinced me that creatures of what we know not used to roam these lands alongside us humans, like giants and shit.

Wish I could find that video again.

This is the exact line of thinking that caused me to abandon my atheism and lose my faith in science.

It's immoral, anti-human nonsense that will lead to the extinction of our specifically. You have all the tools to dismantle the intricate pocket watch that is the human condition yet none of the knowledge or ability to put it back together again, let alone restore it to proper running order.

All your precious "science" has ever done of note is quadruple the population of niggers, and convince entire generations of our youth that it's not worth reproducing.

real christian here and i believe in noah's ark. here is what actual real christians believe according to what the bible says

a pair of each KIND was put into the arc. what "kind" means? no one knows for sure, but it was probably a very general definition like canine, feline, ape, bear, different kinds of birds, elephants, horse, etc. they dont look live modern animals at all due to natural selection

Most likely noah just picked up whatever animals were around and what he thought was a different kind

animals were still all vegetarian

christians believe in natural selection. the reason why there are so much diversity today is because the few animals that came from the arch have free range to populate the entire planet without any limits. you would be surprised how quickly life takes over an unpopulated land. After the chernobyl disaster occured. the govt set up an exclusion zone where no human was allowed. after just a couple of years bears were started to be spotted, an animal that was thought to be extinct and last seen in the area during the middle ages

Not believing in it is one thing, but it's just amazing how many christfags just plain do not understand one of the most basic principles of our world, and seriously think it comes down to things "popping into existence".

This is why religion still exists. Complete and utter ignorance and retardation.

Hate to point it out, but honestly many ancient people lived very long lives. It was the infant mortality rate that gave the illusion of a higher lifespan in the 20th century. Today a woman almost never dies in child birth and the child has a high chance of making it out of the whole ordeal alive.

More total retardation.

The mere idea of a "vegetarian feline" is laughably absurd.

All the different "kinds" you are mentioning are extremely closely related genetically which shows your complete lack of knowledge of biology. None of them have existed for more than 1% of the time life has existed on Earth. Meanwhile, carnivorism is almost as old as life itself.

I also wonder where dinosaurs fit into your ridiculous myth. The answer to that is probably about as dumb as the myth itself.

Im not a christian but desu that sounds equally as far-fetched as the arc story.

> ... knew the earth was flat,

That Earth is round can be easily measured, even old greeks knew, that Earth is round and could calculate it's radius. You need just two angle measures, one boat mast whose length you know and know the distance between two points along the coast... (by 2 angles from 2 coast-points you measure exact distance to boat, then by mast-height hidden below sea surface you measure curvature) Metre is 1/10e6 of quarter of meridian length - because french in 18th century could well calculate that too...

Todays meteorology is too complicated for it to be a possibility that all the geostationary images, both european and american and chinese are fake while cooperated together...

Anyhow, since some time people thinked, that Earth is flat, even today they think, that the Universe is flat in 3D... A same nonsense. (Universe radius is 26 Gly, a 3D surface of 4D sphere... means that any direction you start, after 160G years you return to where you started from the other side. Hypothetically. It's interesting, because it is a proof, that Big bang never happened, and Einstein exactly this already knew. Started by an acoustic wave from a big void formless space, creating star-light from previously cold hydrogen, not water, by a Spirit hovering above that Space, not inside...)

Like in 17th century _scientists_ thought and argued, that alive beings like earthworms and flies just so "happen" from non-alive mud, nowadays they just shifted it by one octave more away, saying, that alive beings could just so "happen" from non-alive mud some very long time ago... A very same nonsense, just today it is little more remote hidden from direct testimonies...

Someone trusts the true God, even if not understanding him correctly, because Dogma is rather obsolette, someone trusts false scientists...
>>
>>81394295

That's true in science but not in religion actually.

Big Bang states that all energy was focused in a single point, dimensions didn't exist, including time. All the energy in the universe was condensed to one tiny 0 dimensional point, and the very first thing that happened, before time existed (there was no waiting period) was that height, width, depth and time were created, and as the universe grew the temperature lowered and matter could form out of the energy due to mass energy equivalence (which is demonstrably true).

Now, if you have a god, at that point he surely had to do his little magic spell or have a thought process or wave his arms or do something, and all of these require some concept of time. In science, time is inferred from a change in entropy, it's not an absolute property, and we know it varies massively, e.g. the faster you're moving the slower you age (special relativity) and the closer you are to a gravitational well the same (general relativity) (both demonstrably experimentally true btw and necessary to control for when doing GPS calculations).

So, time as you know it as some constantly churning ticking rate is pretty much bullshit and you just think it is because you're always moving at such slow speeds you never get to experience relativity, and since entropy is always increasing you assume that time is ticking because your preceding memories of lower entropy tell you so.

In short: your god requires time to have existed before the universe, the big bang requires time to have /not/ existed
