The millennials are the gen 2 of day care mixed with the parenting that Gen X learned from their "real parents" at Day Care which reinforced all of the messages of justice = everyone gets the same candy and award regardless of merit, and everyone is equal and if anyone is the nail they get hammered down stuff we see in millennials.
Millennials saw that the world was not like Day Care and decided that maybe something could be done, this dovetails with more awareness of social issues and societal ills, then around the time of mid 20's post-college millennials got Twitter and Facebook which let them congregate and especially what made it worse was the "curation" idea of our relationships.
Now we can only have friends of people we share values and views with, so nobody is there to tell us we are wrong. This allows insanity to spread further.
Now millennials feel empowered, they see injustice in the world and want to stop it. This is kind of good but the definition of injustice was expanded to impossible levels, where even saying a opinion that wasn't liked by the hivemind could be assault.

Its a mixture of what we expected for our lives to be growing up in the late 80's early 90's and now the reality that many of us won't reach it.
I personally have been unemployed for 10 months.
Yeah I'll get a little retail gig here or there. But its temporary, low paying, make work. These people want you to be on call and available all of the time, but then only give you 70 hours over several months. Or they want you to work general labor for 9/hr, lifting heavy shit around for 2 weeks then not call you back for a month for maybe another 2 weeks.
I am not alone in this. Nearly all the young people I know are really underemployed, fighting their way through college, in some cases selling drugs making little bit of money, or have given up and have been working at toys R us for 4 years living in a 1 bedroom apartment.
Overall the Economic outlook is fucking depressing

My school had some bullshit "0 tolerance policy" but all it did was suspend a bunch of niggers (suspend but never expel, they had "strikes"). The best part of HS is the niggers got weened out by 11th grade. Schools made it hard to fight back any form of bullying, personally I had a bigger worry of being suspended than having the thought of getting my ass beat. Verbal harassment (which is something most niggers did) wasn't suspend-worthy and was way more effective to the bullied kids than them actually fighting them.
That's it, they want to quiet the victim instead of actually handle this properly, it's quicker to shut someone up than to take a small amount of time to look into what happened. About the parents I'm genuinely curious to see what they tell their kid to do when they're getting bullied.
