You realize that the USA has a large number of religious cults and movements where the average White family has 5 - 10 children, correct? There's a reason why Jon & Kate + 8, the Duggars, and similar tv shows are made in the USA. There are tens of thousands of what are known as "Quiverfull" couples, literally an entire sub-culture dedicated to Christian Patriarchy and multiplying the faithful in order to demographically take back the USA. Not to mention the Amish(165k in 2000, 300k in 2015) or the Hasidic Jews(who are the only reason why Whites have the highest birthrates of any race in NYC).
