The map you posted is perfectly correct today.
As is same shit at any other angle.
There are no constraints on how you should look at our planet in three dimensions, so you don't need to shift any poles. Just go into space and rotate whatever angle you want.
Only limitation we set ourselves is that when drawing a map, north pole usually goes to the upper edge of the map. But it's only to help end user (people using the map) to navigate and has no use beyond that, nor any real need. We could decide to draw all maps south-upward (or why not west?), get used to it and nothing would be different.
