Poland has several flaws, which some here won't tell you about.
I am Polish and don't really care about creating false image about my country(it has good sides, but it also has bad ones).
Bad sides of Poland
1.feudal culture, people have no tradition of capitalism or living in cities. As a result our cities are often poorly designed and at work there is no equal relationship between worker and boss. You are expected to be abused, insulted, mobbed. Nepotism is expected as well, and people are open about hiring cousins and family members. Even in corporations.
If you have no connections you are screwed.
2. As said people have no experience of living in cities and as a result traffic is very bad, people will burn thrash in winter to warm their houses, polluting the air with stench. It is a big problem in cities.
3. People in general are violent and rude. You will be screamed, shouted at. You can't debate something in public, because it will turn into fight or argument(for example if you try to point out something wrong like people smoking at bus stops).
4. Awful organization. People don't know how to get into train or bus, everyone tries to push each other out of the way, instead of standing in line.
5. Terrible drivers-it is connected to feudal culture. People with cars feel like kings, insult pedestrians, will try to run them over. Nobody will stop if they see people crossing the street.
6. No respect for public property, parks, statutes are usually ruined.
7. Pol praises that Poland doesn't tolerate foreigners and LGBT, but it also goes towards disabled. If you are disabled or on wheelchair people will make fun of you, tease you. You won't get a job probably.
