I mean look at this chef. I think he's irish? I don't even know if I like what he does or not. kinda mixed feelings about that stuff. this was about a guest visit from a true sushi chef and what he does for his channel and even the traditional sushi chefs in the US have to cater to the local tastebuds and just make americanized sushi (fusion food).
