I'm 33 and have been training since age 20. I'm in amazing shape, life 4 days a week, and hike between 5-15 miles every weekend. I have 4 years worth of food supplies, renewable water source and filtration, plenty of weapons and ammunition. One problem: I live in a highly populated area. That's fine. I've lead a good life. I'm more likely to die of a heart attack though, I don't have any cancer in my family, but the men tend to die in their 60s from heart attacks. I keep good care of mine, so we'll see.
