Nothing because their cycles won't stop, they'll just have less sperm in their ovaries.
Lastly, mosquitoes are being targeted by the newest to deliberately not carry diseases. This has been performed with success with malaria, it'll be performed with success with zika. There's more likelihood that humans will accidentally wipe out all mosquitoes than it is that zika will spread to more common mosquito varieties.
I'm morbidly curious what the effects of wiping out all mosquitoes will be. Sure, no more bites, but surely there are some ecological implications.
