Thanks for admitting that socialism is garbage, because socialism was by definition always the abolition of private property and the subsumption of all production into a single economic agency.
As for "decentralized" and syndicalist leftist schemes, they will fail for other reasons, or merely end up as socialism when it becomes clear that a central agency is necessary to keep the system from evolving into capitalism.

Is it bad that I don't see why there needs to be competition between different economic systems and you couldn't just utilize different kinds even at the same time for different needs?
Like have a capitalist system trading between individuals and businesses, syndicalist system for manual laborers and insurance, communist system for charity and environmental protection, ect that you can choose to pay into if they suit your lifestyle.
