Philadelphia has a slightly bigger black population than whites, and he seem to have problems getting the nig vote because he doesn't support BLM.
Pittsburgh has a much bigger white population than blacks, and he seems to be doing well with the white vote, although, it seems there are more females than males.

Overall, PA's slightly more Democratic than Republican. You're either really liberal or really conservative, no in between. It's very easy to get 46% of the vote but very hard to get 50% The problem for Hillary is the votes that would usually go to her are being peeled off for 3rd party candidates, so the door is open for Trump if he wants to make a run here.
