>Donald Trump’s plans to deport 11 million undocumented immigrants in a way that’s “very humane” and “very nice” would be more accurately described as very unconstitutional, according to an analysis by the American Civil Liberties Union.
>A group of 12 ACLU lawyers studied Trump’s immigration proposal and found his plans for a two-year mass deportation would be in violation of the fourth, fifth and fourteenth amendments of the Constitution.
>“Since immigration agents would inevitably resort to racial and ethnic profiling to carry out their orders, they would violate Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment guarantees of equal protection under the law,” reads the ACLU’s analysis of Trump’s immigration plan.
>“By our analysis there is no conceivable mechanism to make this round-up possible without violating the civil liberties of Americans and immigrants,” said ACLU executive director Anthony D. Romero, during a press call ahead of the report’s release Thursday night.
>Romero said Donald Trump’s “deportation scheme” would also violate the Fourth Amendment prohibition “against unreasonable searches and seizures.” He said a mass roundup on that scale would inevitably lead to tactics such as suspicionless interrogation and arrests, warrantless searches of workplaces or homes, unjustified traffic stops, and door-to-door raids in immigrant neighborhoods.

Wew lads. i guess since we already give them free (see; funded by legal working Americans) healthcare, tuition, housing, etc. now it's time to just go ahead and grant Constitutional rights to people who have never respected the Constitution in the first place.

Liberal mental gymnastics amaze me.

He is gonna use Pence as a scapegoat for his flip flopping on inmigration and the TPP

All for the sake of the Trump Moscu Towers and Resorts, his true goal since the beginning.

They're assuming something which is very hard to prove in court. They're also grossly ignorant of immigration and deportation processes.

>“By our analysis there is no conceivable mechanism to make this round-up possible without violating the civil liberties of Americans and immigrants,”
They're analysis is fucking stupid and ill-conducted, then.

Translation: We don't know exactly how he would do this but it's obvious it would be a racist policy so therefore we shouldn't let him do it.

Fuck off. Try again.

How are illegals entitled to the laws of a land of which they aren't citizens of?
>>
>>80991165
Oh, so now they care about the constitution. Too bad.

The same way they're entitled to health care, free in state tuition, and other benefits that I have to bust my ass for; because muh feelings and muh better life

But Leafada, aren't they all criminals?

And that's one of the problems with this country.

Is illegal immigration not a crime? Wouldn't all people deported be criminals?
>>
>>80991165
How do they get around the fact Trump never made the claims they're making about him?
