It exposes, in great detail, propaganda tactics used by western democratic society which have been used for decades. Despite being written in 1928 it laid out patterns which hold true today, and warns against exactly what is happening in America with the democratic party, creating controlled chaos and a culture war in anticipation of the fall of a society.

Because american high schools are anti white indoctrination centers. It was a nightmare since all we did for half of history class was watch shit about the holocaust. Like what the fuck, american history is some of the best, deepest, and should make every american proud at least up to the end of world war one but instead its just a bunch of fucking guilt trips.
>>
Because "Everybody Poops" is too difficult for most high school kids.

The schools are part of the system. That's why govts have Education Secretary.

Most people are idiots and couldn't understand all that stuff desu.

Why fight it OP. Once you know how the system works why reveal ur superpower. Use to your advantage.

This shit isn't just about power level and edgy knowledge now, this is real shit happening right now, I honestly don't see America getting out of 2016 in one piece.

But we did learn a lot about american history, half of history classes is talking about slavery and abolition :^). The other half, as you said, is about the holocaust

The guy who, on behalf of tobacco manufacturers, had female celebrities publicly light cigarets in an act of feminist defiance, calling them "torches of liberty".

A century ago, he was already exploiting the gullibility and virtue-signalling of womyn for monetary gain, it's beautiful =,)

It's too bad JewTube and Big Black Cock have been so vicious in scrubbing Century of the Self from the Internet. It's one of the better documentaries I've taken the time to watch.

But at least I downloaded it back before the censorship got this bad.

This little shit has pretty much fucked our society

Every history class in school for me was as follows:

>Talking about US history? Focus squarely on slavery and white guilt
>Talking about modern European history? Focus squarely in the Holocaust and white guilt
>Talking about African history? Focus squarely on colonialism and white guilt.
>Talking about Central/South American history? Focus squarely on the conquistadors and white guilt.

I went to an (((elite))) private boarding school in New England.

All political discourse is propaganda.

The Cathedral actively uses tactics in this book, so why would they give up their secret?
>>
>>80956133
This is not true at all, this book focuses propaganda used on the America people by the American government. Propaganda is a vital part of democracy, because without misdirection democracy is not a long term viable possibility for a large scale civilization.

Democracy sounds a lot better, even "safer", than something national socialism to the average citizen. But you soon realize how empty and hollow democracy is when you have a large division within a civilization, each voting in spite of the other.
>>
>>80953344
Shhhh, we like to call it "public relations now". Propaganda just sounds so deceitful.

How's everyone's eggs and bacon this morning?
>>
Holy kek, the German title is actually "Propaganda - The Art of Public Relations" and the German description clearly states that the book is mainly about business, not about government. Maybe somebody doesn't want Germans to find out about public re- I'm sorry, propaganda? :^)

> we like to call it "public relations now"

I see you're making light of it but the joke you made just highlighted one of the greatest problems we are facing, democracy presents itself as the exact opposite of what it is. It is completely at the peril of the controllers of information. 99% of americans all over the political spectrum don't even know what they're voting for, and it's not any of their faults.

Additionally, if I were about to die, I could go for a cigarette first. But only because I took the trouble to learn how to not just feel like shit after a smoke.

The key to these things is you have to build on a kernel of truth.

Are you kidding me? Your kids don't read this books because it
>exposes, in great detail, propaganda tactics used by western democratic society which have been used for decades. Despite being written in 1928 it laid out patterns which hold true today, and warns against exactly what is happening in America with the democratic party, creating controlled chaos and a culture war in anticipation of the fall of a society.

Telling high school students to read this book is the dumbest thing your government could do. They would get a generation of people who actually use their goddamn brains.

Late January-mid march all we did in both history and literature class was watch slavery and racism videos and read sketchy sjw books. And this is in a fucking heavy red state i hate to see what its like in cali

Here's another good read worth checking out, related to groupthink/herd behavior. I think I read that it was one of George Lincoln Rockwells favorite books. Bernays would have been 5yo when this book was published. He probably read it at some point.
