get tails (keep in mind downloading this or tor will get you on an internal NSA shitlist), use it through a secured connection (ie not one with the stock ISP modem) and make sure to encrypt everything on top of tor (there's ways to do this), connect to a trusted tor downlink to stock facebook that way
if you ever get shitcanned by the feds, email wikileaks/the tails dev team/tor's dev team and tell them about a fucking urgent backdoor in tails or tor. if you do it right that's the only way they could have gathered enough information to grab you and charge you. tor is secure in and of itself, if it ever gets used in a criminal investigation something else is being targeted, having a proper setup can narrow it down to internet browsers/tails/something inside tor/etc and fix it.
friendly reminder the NSA used to install deep hardware supported rootkits on anyone they detected using tor browser or a specific firefox version through tor itself, and this only came to light in 2013
