Pritty fucking sure the Americans have been pushing for this to happen. WW3 will just be a matter of who can strike first or who can strip their opponent of nucular capability and no one in the right mind would start WW3 without an ace up their sleeve because of the threat of Nukes and I think America must have something planned because they have been pushing very hard to provoke WW3. I think the Americans want to start this thing before Russia and China can come up with counter measures to what ever it is America is planning.
